I was drawing one day when I remembered a line in “Demon’s Covenant” where Sin and Nick lied to Seb about doing ballet together. The phrase turned in my head, and this happened.
I like to that Nick, while reaching towards the audience, is secretly thinking: “Alan!” and wishing for a rescue, while Alan is manically taping everything and crying tears of joy.
Sin and Nick belong to Sarah Rees Brennan.
*beams* Sin’s so pretty! And it is true Alan would, if given any opportunity, tape any extracurricular activity of Nick’s. ‘Here is Nick’s ballet recital!’ ‘Here is my Nick on the recorder.’ ‘Nick is a very accomplished harpist.’ ‘Nick, show the nice postman your tennis trophies.’
